Nice on Jill. This is the first time that I have heard your voice.

I had to stop listening as it is 10 am and I do not want to sleep just yet!

cheers - Ryan

This was a very informative podcast of the Feldenkrais Method. Clear descriptions and a good image of the process and methods used. Thanks to this great introduction I will be doing some follow up and exploring more.

Hello,

Thank you for these lessons. I'm looking for 20 minute feldenkrais lessons. I don't have time for 40-60minute lessons like most of them are.
The one thing I find with your lessons is that I want a little more time to roll over, or get up and down. You dont' seem to give much time for this so I have to move quite fast compared to how i'm moving in the lesson,

Thank you

Thank you very much. You have a very pleasant voice and your pacing is also pleasant.
I just discovered your lessons and will check into the others. I am a Feldenkrais practitioner in Calgary, Canada, and we may have some ideas in common.
