For the first 15 minutes this recording assists you to bring your attention to your thinking & bringing your thoughts to the present moment.
The second part of the recording is a body centered (Soma) mindfulness.
Both parts are done in sitting, the total lasts around 30 minutes, but you can split it up if you want to practice one half or the other.
This was written with a particular client in mind, who experiences severe pain.
Remember as with all processes, check with you physician if you have a health condition that you worry could be impacted by mind or body mindfulness.
