Well-Aware Podcast with Jill Wigmore-Welsh MSc HCPC
Established in 2008, Well-Aware began with Feldenkrais and therapeutic hypnosis. It has evolved into a science-informed exploration of longevity, sleep, bone health, menopause and Positive Healthspan.
Hosted by Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and Behavioural Psychologist Jill Wigmore-Welsh, this podcast explores how movement, nervous system regulation and behavioural change shape resilience and long-term health.
Expect practical conversations on insomnia, osteoporosis, midlife transition, balance, strength and intelligent ageing and of course practical movement processes you can do anywhere— helping you build deeper sleep, stronger bones and sustainable resilience for the decades ahead.

Today someone asked me what is meant to be 'embodied' to practice work to improve 'embodiment.
As a Physiotherapist and Psychologist sometimes I use words and phrases and forget that someone might not have a concept on the meaning.
So, here I'm attempting to give a simple explanation, with examples on how we used to appraise for 'embodied skills' years ago, and how things have changed.
Let me know is any of this resonates.
